Nadine Gallery is pleased to announce the 2^nd Bahraini Female Artists Annual Exhibition- BFA which will be held on 5th December in the Arts Centre, next to Bahrain National Museum- Ministry of Culture, under the patronage of H.H.E. Sh. Mai Bint Mohamed Al Khalifa, Minister of Culture and the sponsorship of Aluminum Bahrain (ALBA).

The 41 Bahraini Artists specializing in different styles and mediums of artworks will be exhibiting their collection of Contemporary Art, cultural art, sculptures and installations for the serious buyer and art enthusiast, and something for the casual observer to browse and view.

Nadine Gallery will be hosting Bahraini Female Artists Annual Exhibition –BFA, Nadine Alshaikh the organizer and curator of the event who herself is an eminent artist. Nadine Alshaikh brought together more than 40 Bahraini women Artists. ‘She says ‘I don’t think the show had anything to do with feminism, but women are underrepresented in galleries and institutions’. She says ‘Today there are so many good women artists. They don’t get same attention, but obviously they could get more’.
