Noon By Noor presented their Spring/Summer 2013 collection at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York on 7th September.

We feel honored and blessed to have been given this opportunity to show our collection at New York Fashion Week. The show went smoothly and it was amazing to see the final result after so much hard work and dedication, said Shaikha Noor.

The show received positive reviews by a plethora of editors, journalists, buyers and celebrities, with Noon By Noor trending worldwide on twitter afterwards. In attendance at the show was fashion it-girl Olivia Palermo wearing Noon By Noor, actress India de Beaufort (wearing Noon By Noor), photographer and fashion blogger, Scott Schuman of The Sartorialist, Nicky Hilton, Cory Kennedy (also wearing Noon By Noor) and many more.

The designers, Shaikha Noor Rashid Al Khalifa and Shaikha Haya Mohammed Al Khalifa  are ecstatic with the result of the show. For Spring/Summer 2013, the designers seamlessly blend evening silhouettes with daytime tailoring, balancing timeless shapes with modern femininity throughout the collection.

After receiving such positive feedback from the show, we are now even more determined to work harder and take the brand to higher levels”, said Shaikha Haya.

Concentrating on sleek minimalist contouring, pared back separates are realized in the most luxurious fabrics. Luxe utilitarian tailoring balances structure and fluidity.

Unexpected textile choices keep classic shapes modern and fresh; brocade biker jackets, silk chiffon tshirts, bronze metallic shorts, and metallic jacquard suiting breathe life into timeless forms. Known for their distinguished eveningwear, Noon By Noor present gowns that float effortlessly around the body, a mille feuille of cascading silk chiffon. Exuding sophistication and allure, complementary hand embellished accents command attention and radiate luxurity.
