Born in 1957. Education: 1976-1981 – School of Fine Arts ( now the
Academy of Fine Arts) in Poznan. Diploma in 1981. Since 1982 at the
Department of Graphics of the faculty of Fine Arts of Nicolaus Copernicus
University in Torun. Since 1955 he leads Serigraphy Workshop at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan; 1996-1999 – he leads Department of Graphics at this Academy; 1999-2002 – the Dean of the Faculty of Paintings, Graphics and sculpture there. Now he is the Dean of the Faculty of Graphics of the Academy in Poznan. Professor. 1983-2006 – his works have been displayed at 51 individual exhibitions. He has participated in many collective exhibitions (170) in Poland and abroad ( for example in Paris, Moscow, Ljubljana, Cairo, Melbourne). 1999-2006 – the Curator ( with S. Ficner) of the Biennale of Students Graphic Art
in Poznan; 2003 – the member and author of the International Graphic
Artists Conference IMPACT 3, Helsinki; 2005 – the member and author of the International Graphic Artists Conference IMPACT 4 Kontakt, Poznan-Berlin; 2003, 2006 – the Curator of the IPT “Colour in Graphic Art”, Torun; 2006 – the member of the Organizing Commitee and Juror of the Triennial of Polish Graphic Art in Katowice. The member of the IPT Society in Cracow. Awards: prizes at the all – Polish Graphic Art Exhibitions, Lódz (Poland): Honorary Award 1994, Poznan Voivode Prize 1996, 1998; Prize of Rector of Academy of Fine Arts in Poznan, for artistic and pedagogic achievements, 2005. Cracow IPT Special Prize of
Rector of Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow – 2006.
